Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social-media strategies and paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and ads using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
- Foster community engagement by managing comments, messages, and audience growth
- Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) to optimize performance
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure on-brand content
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices, adjusting tactics as needed
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing business social-media channels with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and scheduling/analytics tools
- Strong writing skills for crafting captions, CTAs, and short-form copy
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting Insights dashboards and A/B tests
- Excellent organizational ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Team-oriented, proactive, and always up-to-date on social-media trends
